Your week, balanced
Each day is adjusted to your calories and macros. You see how far off you are and correct it by changing portions or dishes.
Weekly menu
NutriGes builds a weekly menu that fits the calories and macros of your plan, respects your allergies and your diet style, and draws on a recipe book of around 500 recipes. You change whatever you don’t like and log it in your diary with a tap.

You choose how many meals you have a day (3 to 6) and NutriGes spreads your calories across them and adjusts the portions so that each day ends up very close to your target. The variety follows dietary guidelines: pulses and fish several times a week, little red meat and no repeated main dishes. It is a guideline proposal, not a therapeutic diet.

If you like batch cooking, switch it on and the menu groups together recipes that keep well in batches, so you cook one day and eat for several. When it’s ready, the ingredients for the whole week, already added up, go to your shopping list sorted by supermarket aisle.

Before you ask, read this:
The connection isn't reaching me properly. Will you try again?
Tap 🎤 and speak: Nuria answers out loud and keeps listening for about 20 seconds so you can carry on the conversation. Say “stop”, “thanks” or “goodbye”, or tap 🎤 again, to finish. Anything that saves data always asks “is that right?”: answer “yes” or “no”. On iPhone and iPad the microphone only works with the screen on and this page open: it does not listen in the background or with the screen off. If you can't hear me, turn the volume up, switch off silent mode or tap “🔊 Listen”.
Nuria is an AI: it gives general information about nutrition and training, can make mistakes and does not replace a doctor or a registered dietitian. 10 free questions a day. Don't type personal or health data. We don't store the conversation.
